Title of film, genre, plot, characters (Week 1)	Suggestions made were; “Behind Closed Doors”, “The Girl Next Door” and “The Neighbour”. Title chosen was “The Girl Next Door” because it had a sense of enigma, and was more powerful as a title. We discussed the option of creating either a psychological or slasher horror. After discussion we decided on a hybrid of the two. The plot was outlined in our preliminary, we refined it, and finalised details as well as deciding our main characters and who would play them.	Think about how we will create our title screen in our trailer (to be done by Ellie for next week) List of code and conventions of psychological and slasher horrors (to be done by Rachel for next week) Plot outlined in detail and ask actors when they are free (to be done by Rebecca by next week)
Filming schedule (Week 2)	Discussed how and where we would film, locations such as the forest and Rachel’s house were decided on as key parts in the trailer. Filming (Week 4)	Reviewed footage of day time scenes to see if any changes were needed.	Re-film the first scene and complete filming. (to be done by all by next week)
Filming and Editing (Week 5)	Discussed footage we still need to film and when. Used audience feedback to discuss how we can improve our editing to progress our trailer.	Film the rest of our trailer (to be done over the October half term to be done by Rachel and Ellie) Edit first half of trailer in lesson to add fade to black transition (to be done by all by next lesson)
